Unloading at the Loop into "bins" is fast and furious and as soon as
a vehicle is empty it leaves so another can come down to the "Loop"
Moving gear to the respective Contingents marquees is also
accomplished in short order, freeing the bins for the next group

Ebor Park is the Men's sleeping area and Goat Hill is the women's. Tent trailers are allowed in both, but no RVs. All the activities, games, give-aways and etc. take place on the main field in or by the marquees. Sleeping areas are designated "Quiet areas" from 11p.m. till dawn.
And then it's TIME TO REUNION!
Mingle on Main Field and check each Contingent's offerings
Stop for a chat and renew old friendships
Take part in a Parade or Contest
Play Games
The Wet Sponge Toss is a Favourite
Take Part in the Electioneering
Go Shopping !! The Tuck Shop
is in the Training Lodge basement
Stroll the Field
Or Catch a Show
Then go and VOTE !
Eventually the shadows lengthen
And dusk falls on Main Field
